One Million Black Voters Rising is a national voter registration effort led by the Black Women's Leadership Collective — built to strengthen our collective power through trust, connection, and action.

When we use our power, the impact is real — more resources for our schools, greater investment in our communities, more opportunity for our families, and leaders who answer to us.

Black women know how to organize. Together with our 12 partner organizations, we reach more than 20 million Black women across the country — that's trust at scale, relationships at scale, and real power.

And We Are Rising.

We are rooted in hope — and in the decision to act on it. This is a multi-year movement to build Black power by registering one million new Black voters.

When we use our power, the impact is real — more resources for our schools, greater investment in our communities, more opportunity for our families, and leaders who answer to us.

Anti-Blackness and racism are having a real impact on our lives and our future. Our rights are being threatened. But we know what it takes to organize within systems that weren't designed by us or for us.

We're starting now in 2026, but this movement is about more than one election. There is more to protect, more to fight for, and more to build for the next generation.

The Black Women's Leadership Collective brings together national Black women leaders — organizers, advocates, and strategists — rooted in trust, deep relationships, and a lived connection to the communities we serve. Together with our partners, we reach more than 20 million Black women across the country — that's not just scale, that's trust at scale, relationships at scale, and real power.

Through One Million Black Voters Rising, we are showing what's possible when we move together — across organizations, sectors, and states — to build the scale needed to engage one million Black voters. The strength of this coalition — grounded in trust and built through collective action — means this isn't just possible, it's inevitable.
